Building the wing , helps if the ribs on the plan have been scaled the same as the plan view of the wing !!!
Made a lovely set of ribs only to have to scale them down as they didn’t fit when laid out with the spars!

Installation of 4 speed 400’s with the wiring took nearly 2 whole evenings!

Next start the Fuselage. This also runs more smoothly if ALL of the formers are included on the plan – doh!,
still it’s now starting to take shape.

The moment of truth – does the wing fit the fuselage ? – Yes !! onwards and upwards !

Time to finish off the fuselage, build the tail feathers and fit the electrics – phew.

Finally 90% done , just the covering, painting and testing to go !!

The finished model, ready to climb into the calm summer air over the Phoenix airstrip with Dave Rudder at the controls – Lovely
( only took 6 months to build on the dining room table – evenings and weekends )
